The matter under the heading Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program in division B of the Further Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2020 ( Public Law 116–94 ) is amended by inserting before : the following: Provided , and for an additional amount, such sums as may be necessary to remain available through September 30, 2022, which shall be placed in reserve for use only in such amounts and at such times as may become necessary to carry out program operations .
