Section 12(b) of the Commodity Exchange Act ( 7 U.S.C. 16(b) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: The Commission may incur expenses for consultations and meetings hosted by the Commission with foreign governmental and other regulatory officials to exchange views concerning derivatives matters, such expenses to include necessary logistic and administrative expenses, including— meals; local travel and transportation; and related incidental expenses. .
