The Secretary of Labor is authorized to make grants to nonprofit organizations to provide job skills training and assistance in finding job opportunities for survivors of child human trafficking and children at risk of being trafficked. A nonprofit organization seeking a grant under this section shall submit to the Secretary an application at such time, in such manner, and containing such information as the Secretary may reasonably require.
