Section 1306 of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 ( 15 U.S.C. 6505 ) is further amended by adding at the end the following: Nothing in this Act may be construed to modify, limit, or supersede the operation of any privacy or security provision in any other Federal statute or regulation. .
