Section 501(b)(2)(B) of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 ( 50 U.S.C. 1861(b)(2)(B) ), as amended by section 101(b)(1)(A), is amended— by inserting and material after sought are relevant ; and by striking such things being presumptively relevant to an authorized investigation if the applicant shows in the statement of facts that they and inserting and that such tangible things sought .
