In this title: The term environmental law has the meaning given the term in article 24.1 of the USMCA. The term environmental obligations means obligations relating to the environment under— chapter 1 of the USMCA (relating to initial provisions and general definitions); and chapter 24 of the USMCA (relating to environment).
