Section 1024(a)(1) of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act ( 12 U.S.C. 5514(a)(1) ) is amended— in subparagraph (D), by striking or at the end; in subparagraph (E), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; or ; and by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: is a consumer reporting agency described under section 603(p) of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. .
