Sections 744L, 744M, and 744N of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as added by section 202, shall cease to be effective October 1, 2027. Section 744O of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as added by section 203, shall cease to be effective January 31, 2028.
