Chapter VI of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act ( 21 U.S.C. 361 et seq.), as amended by section 106, is further amended by adding at the end the following: The Commissioner, in coordination with the Administrator of the Small Business Administration, shall provide technical assistance, such as guidance and expertise, to small businesses regarding compliance with the Cosmetic Safety Enhancement Act of 2019 , including the amendments made by such Act. Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of Cosmetic Safety Enhancement Act of 2019 , the Secretary shall issue a small business guide setting forth in plain language the requirements of sections 605 and 606 in order to assist small businesses in complying with such requirements. .
