The Secretary of Health and Human Services, acting through the Commissioner of Food and Drugs, shall post on its internet website information for consumers regarding— final orders regarding the safety of a cosmetic ingredient or nonfunctional constituent under section 608(d)(3); cosmetic product recalls (including voluntary and mandatory recalls); and identified counterfeit cosmetic products.
