Section 154(a)(2) of Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 2018 ( 2 U.S.C. 166a(a)(2) ) is amended— by redesignating subparagraph
(B)as subparagraph (C); and by inserting after subparagraph
(A)the following new subparagraph: The term CRS Report includes any report or product described in subparagraph
(A)which is produced prior to the effective date of this section, including any report or product maintained in a CRS archive. .
