Subsection

(a)of section 214 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1980 ( 42 U.S.C. 1436a ) is amended— in paragraph (6), by striking or at the end; by redesignating paragraph

(7)as paragraph (8); and by inserting after paragraph

(6)the following: an alien granted certified agricultural worker or certified agricultural dependent status under title I of the Farm Workforce Modernization Act of 2019, but solely for financial assistance made available pursuant to section 521 or 542 of the Housing Act of 1949 ( 42 U.S.C. 1490a , 1490r); or .
