Subsection
(j)of section 514 of the Housing Act of 1949 ( 42 U.S.C. 1484(j) ) shall be amended to read as follows: If the Secretary, in making available assistance in any area under this section or section 516 ( 42 U.S.C. 1486 ), establishes a limitation on the amount of assistance available per project, the limitation on a grant or loan award per project shall not be less than $5 million. .
