Section 21(c)(2) of the Commodity Exchange Act ( 7 U.S.C. 24a(c)(2) ) is amended to read as follows: confirm with any counterparty to the swap, as determined by the Commission, the accuracy of the data that was submitted, and the counterparty shall comply with any request of a swap data repository to confirm the accuracy of the data; .
