Section 528(a) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 1103g(a) ) is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking $175,000,000 and inserting $350,000,000 ; in paragraph (2), by striking $100,000,000 and inserting $115,000,000 ; by striking 2009 each place it appears and inserting 2021 ; and by adding at the end the following: From the amounts appropriated under paragraph
(1)to carry out part A for a fiscal year, the Secretary shall reserve 0.75 percent to carry out technical assistance and administrative training for staff and faculty at Hispanic-serving institutions under such part. .
