Section 489(a) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 1096(a) ) is amended— in the second sentence, by striking or under part E of this title ; and in the third sentence— by inserting and after subpart 3 of part A, ; and by striking compensation of students, and all that follows through the period and inserting compensation of students. .
