Section 461(b) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 1087aa(b) ) is amended— by striking

(1); In general.— by striking paragraphs

(2)and (3); and by redesignating subparagraphs (A), (B), and

(C)as paragraphs (1), (2), and (3), respectively.
