Section 433 of the Higher Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 1083 ) is amended— in subsection (b)(13), by striking Student Loan Ombudsman and inserting Borrower Advocate ; and in subsection (e)(3)(E), by striking Student Loan Ombudsman and inserting Borrower Advocate .
