Section 399(a) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 1068h(a) ) is amended— by striking 2009 each place it appears and inserting 2021 ; in paragraph (1)— in subparagraph (A), by striking $135,000,000 and inserting $150,000,000 ; in subparagraph (B), by striking $30,000,000 and inserting $45,000,000 ; in subparagraph (C), by striking $15,000,000 and inserting $25,000,000 ; in subparagraph (D), by striking $75,000,000 and inserting $90,000,000 ; in subparagraph (E), by striking $25,000,000 and inserting $30,000,000 ; and in subparagraph (F), by striking $30,000,000 and inserting $60,000,000 ; in paragraph (2)— in subparagraph (A), by striking $375,000,000 and inserting $400,000,000 ; and in subparagraph (B), by striking $125,000,000 and inserting $135,000,000 ; in paragraph (3), by striking $10,000,000 and inserting $220,000,000 ; and in paragraph (4)(A), by striking $185,000 and inserting $225,000 .
