Section 132 of the Higher Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 1015a ), as amended by section 1022, is further amended by adding at the end the following: If the Secretary determines that the same reporting or collection of data that is required under subsection
(l)is required by another reporting or collection of data requirement under this Act (other than under subsection (l)), the Secretary may— use the data reported or collected under subsection (l); and waive the other reporting or collection of data requirement. .
