There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary for research, development, and demonstration, of alternative fuels, vehicle propulsion systems, vehicle components, and other related technologies in the United States, including activities authorized under this subtitle— for fiscal year 2021, $396,000,000; for fiscal year 2022, $415,800,000; for fiscal year 2023, $436,590,000; for fiscal year 2024, $458,419,500; and for fiscal year 2025, $481,340,475.
