Section 1(b) of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 is amended in the table of contents by adding after the matter relating to section 1311 (as added by this Act) the following: Sec. 1312. Best practices and guidance documents for energy sector cybersecurity research. Sec. 1315. Vulnerability testing and technical assistance to improve cybersecurity.
