There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of Energy or their designee to carry out research, development, demonstration, and commercial application activities under the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy— $3,228,500,000 for fiscal year 2021; $3,250,775,500 for fiscal year 2022; $3,291,488,750 for fiscal year 2023; $3,334,238,188 for fiscal year 2024; and $3,379,125,097 for fiscal year 2025.
