Section 121(f) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act ( 33 U.S.C. 1273(f) ) is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking 2001 through 2012 and the amount appropriated for fiscal year 2009 for each of fiscal years 2013 through 2017 and inserting 2020 through 2024 ; and by adding at the end the following: The Administrator may use for administrative expenses not more than 5 percent of the amounts appropriated to carry out this section. .
