Sec. 301. Establishment of the Carbon Trust Fund

There is hereby created in the Treasury of the United States a trust fund to be known as the CARBON Trust Fund . There are hereby appropriated to the CARBON Trust Fund amounts equivalent to 15 percent of the taxes received in the Treasury under subtitle L of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (as added by title I of this Act).
