Section 506 of title 14, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a)(1), by inserting established under after chapter 56 of title 10, United States Code Medicare-Eligible Retiree Health Care Fund ; and in subsection (b)(1), by striking operating expenses and inserting operations and support . Section 903 of title 14, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a), by striking acquisition, construction, and improvement of facilities, for research, development, test, and evaluation; and for the alteration of bridges over the navigable waters and inserting procurement, construction, and improvement of facilities and for research and development ; and in subsection (d)(1), by striking operating expenses and inserting operations and support .
Section 914(c)(2)(A) of title 14, United States Code, is amended by striking Environmental Compliance and Restoration and inserting Operations and Support . Section 944 of title 14, United States Code, is amended by striking necessary expenses for the operation and inserting operations and support .
