Section 506 of title 14, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a)(1), by inserting established under after chapter 56 of title 10, United States Code Medicare-Eligible Retiree Health Care Fund ; and in subsection (b)(1), by striking operating expenses and inserting operations and support . Sections 3317(b), 7504, 80301(c), and 80505(b)(3) of title 46, United States Code, are each amended by striking operating expenses and inserting operations and support .
