Section 5(c) of the National Foundation on the Arts and Humanities Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 954(c) ) is amended— in paragraph (9), by striking and at the end; in paragraph (10), by striking the period and inserting ; and ; and by inserting after paragraph (10), the following: projects, programs, and workshops that provide therapy and creative expression opportunities through the arts for children, and their families as appropriate, who have experienced or are at risk of experiencing trauma. .
