None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to— transfer the functions of, or eliminate, a Forest Service Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center; or alter the jurisdiction of the Secretary of Agriculture with respect to the operation of such a Forest Service Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center, as such jurisdiction was in effect on January 1, 2019.
