Sec. 613. Additional requirements for child care providers

Subject to subsection (b), none of the funds appropriated by this bill may be provided to a child care center, child care agency, or child care provider that employs an individual who has been convicted of— A sex offense; An offense involving a child victim; or A violent crime involving any of the following: Elder abuse. Gun Violence. Domestic Violence. Terrorism. Payment may be made under this section to a child care center, child care agency, or child care provider if such child care center, child care agency, or child care provider has suspended the individual described in subsection
(a)from having any contact with children while on the job until the case is resolved.
