Section 104(k)(13) of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 ( 42 U.S.C. 9604(k)(13) ) is amended to read as follows: There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this subsection— $350,000,000 for fiscal year 2020; $400,000,000 for fiscal year 2021; $450,000,000 for fiscal year 2022; $500,000,000 for fiscal year 2023; and $550,000,000 for fiscal year 2024. .
