Section 2631 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in the first sentence of subsection (a), by inserting or for a Defense Agency after Marine Corps ; and in subsection (b)— by redesignating paragraphs
(2)and
(3)as paragraphs
(3)and (4), respectively; by inserting after paragraph
(1)the following new paragraph (2): Before entering into a contract for the transportation by sea of fuel products under this section, the Secretary shall provide a minimum variance of three days on the shipment date. ; and in paragraph (4), as redesignated by subparagraph (A), by striking the requirement described in paragraph
(1)and insert a requirement under paragraph
(1)or
(2).
