Effective on June 1, 2019, section 1606 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 ( Public Law 115–91 ; 131 Stat. 1725) is amended— in subsection (c)(2), by striking the date that is 18 months after the date of the enactment of this Act and inserting December 31, 2020 ; and in subsection (d), by striking 18 months after the date of the enactment of this Act and inserting December 31, 2020 .
