Subsection
(a)of section 1236 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 ( Public Law 112–81 ; 125 Stat. 1641) is amended— by striking and November 1, 2017 and inserting November 1, 2017, April 1, 2020, and April 1, 2021 ; and by inserting (without any designation relating to dissemination control) after unclassified . Subsection
(b)of such section is amended— by redesignating paragraph
(8)as paragraph (9); and by inserting after paragraph
(7)the following new paragraph: Developments in North Korea’s nuclear program, including the size and state of North Korea’s stockpile of nuclear weapons, its nuclear strategy and associated doctrines, its civil and military production capacities, and projections of its future arsenals. .
