Section 41303 of the Violence Against Women Act of 1994 ( 34 U.S.C. 12463 ) is amended— in subsection (b)(1)— in subparagraph (C), by striking and at the end; in subparagraph (D), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: strategies within each of these areas addressing the unmet needs of underserved populations. ; in subsection (d)(3)— in subparagraph (A), by striking and at the end; in subparagraph (B), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: include a focus on the unmet needs of underserved populations. ; in subsection (f), by striking $15,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018 and inserting $45,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2020 through 2024 ; and in subsection (g), by adding at the end the following:
Any amounts not made available under paragraphs
(1)and
(2)may be used for any set of purposes described in paragraphs (1), (2), or
(3)of subsection (b), or for a project that fulfills two or more of such sets of purposes. .
