Section 304 of the Violence Against Women and Department of Justice Reauthorization Act of 2005 ( 34 U.S.C. 20125 ) is amended— in subsection (b)— in paragraph (2), by striking the second sentence; by amending paragraph
(3)to read as follows: To provide prevention and education programming about domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking, including technological abuse and reproductive and sexual coercion, that is age-appropriate, culturally relevant, ongoing, delivered in multiple venues on campus, accessible, promotes respectful nonviolent behavior as a social norm, and engages men and boys. Such programming should be developed in partnership or collaboratively with experts in intimate partner and sexual violence prevention and intervention. ; in paragraph (9), by striking and provide and inserting , provide, and disseminate ; in paragraph (10), by inserting after or adapt the following and disseminate ; and by inserting after paragraph
(10)the following: To train campus health centers on how to recognize and respond to domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking, including training health providers on how to provide universal education to all members of the campus community on the impacts of violence on health and unhealthy relationships and how providers can support ongoing outreach efforts. ; in subsection (c)(3), by striking 2014 through 2018 and inserting 2020 through 2024 ; in subsection (d)— in paragraph (3)(B), by striking for all incoming students and inserting for all students ; and in paragraph (4)(C), by inserting after sex, the following: sexual orientation, gender identity, ; and in subsection (e), by striking $12,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018 and inserting $16,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2020 through 2024 .
