Section 393A of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 280b–1b ) is amended— in subsection (a)— in paragraph (2), by inserting before the semicolon at the end the following or digital services (as such term is defined in section 40002(a) of the Violence Against Women Act of 1994) ; and in paragraph (7), by striking sexual assault and inserting sexual violence, sexual assault, and sexual harassment ; in subsection (b), by striking Indian tribal and inserting Indian Tribal ; and in subsection (c)— in paragraph (1), by striking $50,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018 and inserting $150,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2020 through 2024 ; and in paragraph (3), by adding at the end the following:
Not less than 80 percent of the total amount made available under this subsection in each fiscal year shall be awarded in accordance with this paragraph. .
