Section 2265 of title 18, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (d)(3)— by striking restraining order or injunction, ; and by adding at the end the following: The prohibition under this paragraph applies to all protection orders for the protection of a person residing within a State, territorial, or tribal jurisdiction, whether or not the protection order was issued by that State, territory, or Tribe. ; and in subsection (e), by adding at the end the following: This applies to all Alaska tribes without respect to .
