The Director of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers may accept transfers to its Procurement, Construction, and Improvements account from Government agencies requesting the construction of special use facilities, as authorized by the Economy Act ( 31 U.S.C. 1535(b) ): , That the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers maintain administrative control and ownership upon completion of such facilities.
