Of the unobligated balances available in fiscal year 2021 in the Nonrecurring Expenses Fund established in section 223 of division G of Public Law 110–161 , $225,000,000, in addition to any funds otherwise made available for such purposes in this, prior, or subsequent fiscal years, shall be available during the period of availability of the Fund for the study of, construction of, demolition of, renovation of, and acquisition of equipment for, facilities of or used by the National Institutes of Health, including the acquisition of real property.
