In addition to the amounts made available under the heading, Emergency Preparedness Grants , $1,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2023, shall be made available to the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration from the general fund of the Treasury, in addition to amounts otherwise available for such purposes, to develop and deliver hazardous materials emergency response training for emergency responders, including response activities for the transportation of crude oil, ethanol, flammable liquids, and other hazardous commodities by rail, consistent with National Fire Protection Association standards, and to make such training available through an electronic format.
