Section 136 of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act ( 29 U.S.C. 2872 ), as amended by section 233(b) of this subtitle, is further amended— in subsection (b)— by striking and after 2019, ; and by inserting before the period at the end the following: , and such sums as may be necessary for each of fiscal years 2021, 2022, and 2023 ; and in subsection (c)— by striking and after 2019, ; and by inserting before the period at the end the following: , and such sums as may be necessary for each of fiscal years 2021, 2022, and 2023 .
