In this section, any reference to a section or other provision shall be a reference to the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act ( 29 U.S.C. 3101 et seq.). Section 101(d)(3) ( 29 U.S.C. 3111(d)(3) ) is amended— in subparagraph (F), by striking ; and and inserting a semicolon; in subparagraph (G), by striking the semicolon and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: the development of strategies to promote the integration of workforce development services to unemployment insurance claimants. .
Section 103(a)(2) ( 29 U.S.C. 3113(a)(2) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: the employment and training assistance authorized in this Act. the job search support services authorized in this Act. . Section 108(b) is amended— in paragraph (21), by striking ; and and inserting a semicolon; in paragraph (22), by striking the period and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: a description of how training assistance will be administered. . Section 134(c)(3) ( 29 U.S.C. 3174(c)(3) ) is amended— in subparagraph (A)(i)— by inserting a voucher for after used to provide ; and by redesignating subclauses (II), (III), and
(IV)as subclauses (III), (IV), and (V), and after subclause

(i)to individuals who are enrolled in training a weekly income stipend for up to 78 weeks after such individual exhausts unemployment insurance benefits, to help cover training-related costs like childcare or transportation. A participant’s weekly stipend will be equal to 100 percent or 50 percent of their unemployment insurance weekly benefit amount depending on whether, at the time of participation, their household income is below or above 130 percent of the Federal poverty level. .
