NASA shall continue to ensure the Indian River Bridge continues to provide access to the Eastern Range for national security, civil, and commercial space operations. In accordance with section 20113 of title 51, United States Code, the Administrator is authorized to accept money from other Federal agencies to upgrade the Indian River Bridge.
