Section 411 ( 42 U.S.C. 611 ) is amended by adding at the end the following: Each eligible State shall report the following information, with respect to fiscal year 2019, not later than July 1, 2020, and, with respect to each fiscal year beginning after that date, not later than such date as the Secretary shall require: The amount and percent of the State spending of the grant made under section 403(a)(1) and any qualified State expenditures (as defined in section 409(a)(7)(B)(i)) on families receiving assistance by category of spending.
An estimate of the amount and percent of State spending of the grant made under section 403(a)(1) and any qualified State expenditures (as so defined) that consists of benefits and services— for families in the State whose income is below the income official poverty line (as defined by the Office of Management and Budget, and revised annually in accordance with section 673(2) of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1981) applicable to a family of the size involved; and for families in the State whose income is below twice the income official poverty line (as so defined) applicable to a family of the size involved.
