Section 330(r)(4) of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 254b(r)(4) ) is amended— in subparagraph (A), by striking primary health care services each place it appears and inserting primary health care and other mental, dental, and physical health services ; and in subparagraph (B)— in clause (i), by striking ; and and inserting ; ; in clause (ii), by striking the period and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: in the case of a rural health clinic described in such subparagraph— that such clinic provides, to the extent possible, enabling services, such as transportation and language assistance (including translation and interpretation); and that the primary health care and other services described in such subparagraph are subject to full reimbursement according to the prospective payment system for Federally qualified health center services under section 1834(o) of the Social Security Act. .
