Section 1441(e) of the Fixing America's Surface Transportation Act ( 23 U.S.C. 601 note) is amended to read as follows: Each fiscal year that funds are made available to carry out the program, the Secretary shall submit to Congress, not later than 30 days after the date that fiscal year ends, a report that describes the findings and effectiveness of the program. .
