Section 205 of the E-Government Act of 2002 ( 44 U.S.C. 3501 note) is amended— in subsection (a)(5), by striking text searchable format and inserting text searchable and machine-readable file format that may be cited using a vendor-neutral and medium-neutral citation system ; and in subsection (b), by adding at the end the following: Each written opinion required to be made accessible on a website under subsection (a)(5) shall be provided to the Government Publishing Office. The Director of the Government Publishing Office shall make available to the public for bulk download all written opinions provide to the Government Publishing Office under subparagraph (A). .
