In this title, the term appropriate congressional committees means— the Committee on Foreign Relations, the Committee on Armed Services, and the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate; and the Committee on Foreign Affairs, the Committee on Armed Services, and the Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representatives.
