Not later than October 1, 2019, each Inspector General listed in subsection
(b)shall submit to the congressional intelligence committees a report that includes, with respect to the department or agency of the Inspector General, analyses of the following: The accuracy of the application of classification and handling markers on a representative sample of finished reports, including such reports that are compartmented. Compliance with declassification procedures. The effectiveness of processes for identifying topics of public or historical importance that merit prioritization for a declassification review. The Inspectors General listed in this subsection are as follows: The Inspector General of the Intelligence Community. The Inspector General of the Central Intelligence Agency. The Inspector General of the National Security Agency. The Inspector General of the Defense Intelligence Agency. The Inspector General of the National Reconnaissance Office. The Inspector General of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.
