Sec. 105. Sunset

Except as provided for in subsection (b), the authority to carry out sections 101, 102, 103, and 104 shall terminate on the date that is 11 years after the date of enactment of this Act. The President may continue the activities under such sections if the President determines that such activities are necessary to meet national economic or national security needs.
